Texas Cat Rump

Last weekend I was in Texas for a couple of Texts from Mittens events, and stayed with my longtime friend. She lives with two cats -- because what friend of mine wouldn't be owned by a cat or 12?

Miles is a sturdy tabby with oodles of personality. He often sat with his striped rump sticking out from behind the window blinds. He'd watch birds and whatever struck his feline fancy. Whenever I saw him loafed in that position, I couldn't help but laugh, and had to snap a pic.
