Phoebe and Cosmo have a relationship that runs a little hot and cold. Mostly I blame Phoebe because she can be quite the bossypants when she wants to be... and she mostly wants to be. I recently stumbled upon a scene that offered a small clue as to why she may feel a little annoyed with him.
Apparently, "cat furniture" has a new meaning.
