Remember last Wednesday, when I told you about the red carpet swag party, hosted by our friends at The Tiniest Tiger and Jackson Galaxy of My Cat From Hell? Well, the very same goody-filled swag bag they gave the stars is the very same one you have an opportunity to win right here!!

The bag, created by The Tiniest Tiger's TTT Studios, has inside dimensions that are 8 inches in width and 9.75 inches in length. There is a zippered pouch in the front and two handy pouches inside. Seriously -- it is adorable. I love this style of bag because when I go out and about, I can just sling it across my shoulder and and I don't have to think about keeping track of it. Plus, it's big enough to hold all the necessary items without being too huge. And it's filled with over $200 worth of awesome swag for you and your cats!

I don't know about you, but I am an awards show junkie. In my house, they are major events -- we watch all of them. The Oscars, however, is the most anticipated. We prepare fancy foods and sometimes even dress up for a family Oscar-themed costume contest. Imagine my giddiness to learn I would be able to participate in a ridiculously fantastic event involving the Oscars and CATS!! And you can come too!

This Wednesday, February 22, from 5:30-7 PST, The wonderfully popular blog, The Tiniest Tiger, and Jackson Galaxy, Cat Daddy extraordinaire from Animal Planet's My Cat From Hell, will host a Red Carpet Twitter Party direct from a celebrity-filled VIP swag-suite in Hollywood! The Tiniest Tiger created these adorable hipster bags, filled with all sorts of goodies from a variety of sponsors and bloggers. Guess what? Catladyland's awesome purple pens are in the mix! The Tiniest Tiger and Jackson will hand these bags to celebrities, take photos, and Tweet all of it at the Twitter soiree. They'll even encourage the stars to tweet with #RedCarpetCat! Want to Watch Cute Kitties Play? Of Course You Do!

It's true...cats are curious by nature, always interested in what's happening around them. Humans are curious too and, starting today, can peek in on and interact with the ten cats living in the one-of-a-kind, two-room Friskies®Plus™ Playhouse! 

Beginning today, for two weeks, fans of the Friskies®Facebook page will have the opportunity to watch all the adoptable cats from MeoowsResQ (a non-profit rescue in Orange County, CA) romp and frolic alongside the built-in pond, Friskies® Games for Cats on the touch-screen floor, unique climbing spaces, and custom aquarium! How cool is that? I had to hide in a secret room to type this post because my cats would be so incredibly jealous if they were reading over my shoulder. They pretend they can't read, but you know... 

Aside from the residence features mentioned above, each day Facebok fans will vote on a new "extra" or engagement feature. These could be anything from a tunnel system to a bubble machine! In addition to simply watching the cats play, which could easily distract me for hours, The Friskies® Facebook community will have an opportunity to interact in real time by way of three mechanical toys. Last year, I tried one of these features via a rescue site in Oregon, and it was amazing. I was thousands of miles from the little kitty on the screen, but was controlling the wand toy and making the cat jump and roll. For rescue cats who don't get a ton of interaction (and humans like me who can't get enough kitty-play-time), this is wonderful!

• To watch the cats live, visit the page from 3-6pm EST/noon-3pm PST daily, beginning today and running for two weeks.

How fun is this? It's kind of like a Real World for cats, with more fun and less cat fights!
