Cats are thinkers. Based on the cat's generally detached demeanor, one might assume his train of thought goes something like this:
food-sleep-butt lick-sleep-food-jingle mouse-poop-nap-catnip cigar-butt lick-sleep. Based on recent interviews with my cats, I am here to report that we are wrong. There's a flood of feline philosophic pondering percolating between those cute little pointy ears.

In short:
If we think we know exactly what our cats are really thinking... Wait. I think I need to stop right there. There's no answer that makes us humans appear particularly intelligent.
MOL! Humans shouldn't even pretend to think they know what's going in in our heads!
ReplyDeleteI think lots of important things, too!
ReplyDeleteI think many important things too and announce them strenuously at night. ♥
ReplyDeleteYou only think they might know what we think but I think not too!
ReplyDeleteyou have amazingly philosophical kitties and I think we could all learn a lot from them. Trust me...cats are more intelligent than any human could hope to be! :)
ReplyDeleteAnybody who has been to my blog knows that we cats have MUCH deeper thoughts than humans!
ReplyDeleteWe cats are super smart. We must try to be patient with our humans. They are doing the best they can. xoxo
ReplyDeleteI love the last one. Cats in boxes are just so cute also :)
ReplyDeleteOhhhhh I love all the kitty!! I have 3 myself! Thanks for stopping by! I am your newest follower! Follow me back if you get a chance!
ReplyDeleteI think Cats are VERY smart. Who's the idiot who gets up, goes to work, and does things she don't particularly care for? That would be ME!
ReplyDeleteI revise my first statement; they're not merely smart, they're friggin' GENIUSES!
@Trish -- ...and they know it!
ReplyDelete@Java -- will do!
Hmmm... those are a lot of good thoughts!
