2x + 3 = Kitty Belly
I've never been a fan of math. I can semi-coherently balance my checkbook and learned the art of calculating percentages from the clearance rack at Target. Last night my teenage daughter asked me if I knew any "tricks" for knowing if a particular number (say, for example...734284) has a perfect square root. It's during those mathy moments that my brain switches to Homer Simpson-mode...you know, when the thought bubbles that are filled with dancing donuts and mice-on-a-see-saw appear above his head?
Or in my case....
That's my kind of math.

We suspect that mum works by the same method of maths as yourself.
ReplyDeleteMama does that, too! Kitty tummies are the answer to everything!
ReplyDeleteHey, it all adds up!
ReplyDeleteMOL~!!!
ReplyDeleteAs I don't have children, my brain doesn't get taxed this way very often, but I can guarantee that it would be thinking "kitty belly" instead as well! :) --Tammy
